Integrative Massage Policies
At Integrative Massage Therapy, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. A few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment are flight delays, car problems, business meetings.
It is our commitment to provide an outstanding massage experience to all of our clients. We have adopted the following policies:
ARRIVAL TO OUR OFFICE
Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior your scheduled session in order to fill out any paper work, use the restroom, etc. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened or rescheduled. You will be charged for your scheduled time.
We request 24 hour notice for canceled appointments. No-show clients will receive a bill for the full rate, and less than 24 hour cancellation notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, and cancel you appointment you will be charged the full amount of the type of massage and appointment time.
LATE ARRIVAL
As a courtesy to our other clients and patients, appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on pre-paid gift certificates and massage services.
These policies were adopted to ensure that the therapists time is respected.
